As co-founder and CEO, Mr. Tannous is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Corporation’s vision, strategy, and product development. Mr. Tannous has over 30 years of experience in finance, engineering and new business development and previously held senior level positions at Fortune 500 companies and several start-ups. In his previous role as CEO of a publicly-traded pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company, he was involved in successfully acquiring three operating companies and licensing of four innovative biotechnologies. He was also involved in the development of a transdermal drug delivery system for a line of anti-aging products. Over the course of his professional career, Mr. Tannous has helped effect transactions valued at more than $1.2 billion as well as launching several start-up companies himself. He has worked extensively with numerous emerging companies to improve performance, enhance enterprise value and maximize returns, in addition to helping challenged companies develop winning strategies, negotiate settlements and implement effective action plans. His past experience also includes starting up and managing a successful high technology company, commercialization of military technologies for automotive and aviation use, and extensive management experience in the design and development of electronic and mechanical products. Fred holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from USC and a MBA in banking and finance from the University of Chicago (Booth) Graduate School of Business.
As co-founder and COO, Mr. Laurin brings over a decade of experience in helping private and publicly traded companies move to the next level by developing winning financial strategies that align their goals and objectives with key market dynamics to achieve successful outcomes. Over the past decade, in conjunction with his broad experience and financial prowess, Dominique has leveraged his leadership skills and dedication to help build and guide several successful entrepreneurial endeavors. Recently, Dominique was the COO and Acting-CFO for a national fitness equipment distributor and retailer for Schwinn, Stairmaster, Nautilus, Startrac and many other brands. During this time, he helped the company grow their revenues by 94% and more than doubled their net income. Previously, Dominique launched and oversaw an equity trading company based in Panama where he managed a multimillion-dollar fund focused on momentum trading. Concurrently, he had worked as a corporate finance executive with an investor relations firm where he was in charge of financial and business analysis as well as raising in excess of $10 million of growth capital for their clients. Prior, he co-founded a clothing retail store as well as a real estate development company where he earned a solid foundation of real-world experience in founding and building new enterprise. From 2003-2007, Dominique played professional baseball with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
